There are always difficult times. Life is full of ups and downs. Being tired of the same stuff daily and stuck in a vicious cycle. Is it the life you want to live?
So I want to share my own experience and a few websites that give overview about how art help in difficult times. My frequent technique is writing. Writing dark themes somehow frees the soul. Screaming to papers and having a free mind. Maybe sounds creepy, but it really helps.
Art has been shown to have healing properties for both the mind and body. Here are just a few of the many ways that art heals:

- Art Generates New Solutions: Even the simplest art, like a Japanese enso, is layered with complexity. The more you look, the more ideas reveal themselves, whether the art is simple or complex. It takes time and patience to find, examine, and consider the endless options art offers.
- Art Can Have a Role in Therapy: Art therapy is a modality for self-understanding, emotional change, and personal growth. Both making art and looking at it can have therapeutic benefits.
- Art Helps Us Deal with Difficult Realities: Art can help us process difficult emotions and experiences by providing a safe space for expression and exploration.
- Art Builds Safe, Meditative, Imaginative Spaces: Art can provide a safe space for meditation and imagination, allowing us to escape from the stresses of daily life and find peace and calm.
